If you haven’t seen us for an appointment before, you can register your details and book your first appointment on the portal. Please read the information below about appointments, payments and cancellations.
How to log in and book your appointment
To log in, you need to have a mobile phone number and email address registered with us. You will receive a one-time passcode by SMS to log in, and will receive confirmation of any bookings by email
If you have trouble logging in, make sure your name and DoB match what we have on your records. Please get in touch if you have any problems
Types of appointment
You can book the following types of appointment on the Portal:
- Dental Health Check
- Consultation appointment for dental implants, teeth straightening or other cosmetic dental treatments
- Hygienist Appointment (medium)
- Hygienist Air-n-Go stain removal

Membership Plan Patients
Payment is not required for booking your inclusive dental health check or hygienist appointments via the Portal
PAYG Patients and New Patients
To confirm your booking, you can make a card payment for your appointment via the portal. See appointment fees here
You can also cancel appointments via the Portal, up to 48h in advance. Your payment does not automatically get refunded, and you can use the credit to book a new appointment on the Portal, or towards any treatment in future.
If you prefer not to rebook your appointment and would like a refund, please let us know and we’d be happy to help.
Please note that our cancellation policy sometimes asks for more than 48h notice for a cancellation (unfortunately, we couldn’t program our full policy into the Portal). If you make a cancellation outside the terms of the policy, we may ask you to make a short-notice-cancellation payment before booking any further appointments.
