    Cancellation Policy
    If you need to cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as you can. As a minimum, please give the following amount of notice:
    Dental health check - 1 full working day
    Hygienist or treatment appt - 2 full working days
    Implant or complex treatment - 5 full working days

    Even if it is at short notice, we are still grateful for any cancellation to be made in advance.

    Appointments cancelled at short notice, or appointments that are missed without being cancelled, may incur a charge. We will let you know if this is the case.
