We’ve recently updated our cancellation policy.
To help us plan ahead and manage our appointment book, we now ask for 2 working days’ notice to be given if you need to cancel a hygienist or treatment appointment. It’s still one day’s notice for dental health checks. This means we’re more able to offer urgent appointments when you need one.
The amount of notice we ask for is shown below.
More information here
|Dental Health Check||1 full working day*|
|Urgent appointment e.g. lost crown, broken tooth||1 full working day|
|New patient first appointment||2 full working days|

*A working day is Monday to Friday. (e.g. a dental health check appointment at 2pm on Monday should be cancelled before 2pm the previous Friday)
