We are recording videos of real patient experiences on Wednesday September 25th
We would like you to explain in your own words about the treatment you’ve had at Market Place Dentistry
When our patients are considering their dental treatment, they don’t always know what to expect. Decisions about dental care can be difficult, and we want to help as best we can.
We would love for you to share your personal experience in your own words. We would record a video of your story to help others understand what it’s like to be on the patients’ side of the chair, what’s involved with the treatments, and how you feel before and after.
Professional photographer and video-maker Allan Scott will be coming along on September 25th from 1.30pm – 5pm to film these for us.

How will I know what to say?
We will let you know before starting what information would be useful, and will ask you to describe your experience in your own words. We will have a bank of questions ready to ask if needed
What happens to the video?
We will publish the video online. It will be available on our website and on YouTube (or another similar site).
What happens if I want the video deleting?
If you let us know at any time, we can remove the video from our website and our YouTube channel. However, please be aware that, as with anything on the internet, other people may make copies at any time. This means we cannot guarantee it will be permanently deleted.
