1. Pre appointment checks:
These will now be accessible from your SMS appointment reminder, which will look similar to this:
“Hi, Your appt is at this time on this date. To cancel, call 01845523620.
Please complete your pre-appointment checks using this link: https://pps.sfd.co/example-link“
Please use the personalised link in the SMS to complete your COVID screening. If we need you to update your Health Questionnaire, this will also be included in the link.
