Complaints procedure

We take complaints very seriously. If you have a complaint, please speak to us in the first instance and we will resolve the matter amicably and informally if possible.

At reception, we keep a complaint form which you can fill out to register your complaint with us

If you wish to write a letter, please send it to us and we will deal with the matter as soon as possible.

If you make a complaint to us and we are unable to resolve it, it can be passed on to the Health Service Ombudsman for resolution.
